It's finally the first night expecting freezing temperatures in the valley. The cold temperatures come with the sound of silence and crisp, striking views of the moon and stars.
In the first official post on this journey, I have had a lot of reflection on what healing means to people.
I find my healing in slowing down and reflecting after a hard day of working on what will become new gardens. It's a simple thought and moment with such a deep implication. It feels like the small seeds I collected earlier today from the last pepper growing before the frost tonight. They are so tiny, and simple on the surface, but are so complex and such a grand design of creation.
